  1. We will schedule a phone interview that lasts approximately 40 minutes. During then, we will discuss your experience, career goals, and skills. This will allow us to write a cover letter that communicates what you offer to potential employers.

  2. After the interview, we will deliver a draft of your cover letter within 5-7 business days. We will note options for quickly customizing the cover letter for each job and company you apply to.

  3. You will give feedback on your cover letter, and we will make any edits. Then your materials will be ready for your job hunt.
